Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet):** * Observed the overall condition as good. * Checked the Respicare filter (18x21x1). * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard):** * Observed the outdoor coil is in fair condition. * Verified electrical wiring is working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Confirmed the secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good working order. * Cleaned out the condensate pump. * Verified the condensate drain line is strapped. **Measurements:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 68.0 degrees Fahrenheit. * Recorded a supply air temperature of 110.0 degrees Fahrenheit. **Additional Actions:** * Tested the thermostat operation. * Restored power to the units.
