Today I performed a winter time tune up on your Heat Pump unit. I started inside at the AHU checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed return air at 81° while supply air was at 123°F. Right where we want it. Outside I checked the operation of your units compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. All components were within manufacturer specifications. I checked the cleanliness of the condensing coil as well, which looked good and clean today. I finished up today clearing the drain line and treating the drain assembly with Viper drain treatment. Thank you for choosing
