Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the overall condition as fair. Replaced the pleated 20x20x4 air filter. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the overall condition as fair. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation and amperage of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components (Inspected and Working): Confirmed good condition and proper function of the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork. Condensate Drain System: Cleared the drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped down. Temperature Readings: Measured a return air temperature of 67.0°F.
