On arrival I found the customers system not doing anything at all with a blank thermostat. After further inspecting the system, I found a tripped breaker for the furnace and the main panel box. I’ll reset the breaker and the system still will not come on and then found a burn up bad condensate pump that was causing it to break a leg of power to the furnace. I sent an estimate to replace the pump the estimate was approved after replacing the condensate pump. I tested the operations and then found the on off switch for the furnace to be going bad. The customer had a new switch. I was able to install it and test the system operations. After installing the new condensate pump and on all switch, the system is operating properly at this time
