Today I arrived on site to perform a winter time tune up on both Trane Furnace units. I started the maintenance checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed return air at 75° while supply air was at 130°F. Right where we want it. I tested the house for carbon monoxide and found none inside with my meter reading 0PPM. Both filters were okay for another quarter (3months) In the crawlspace I had to disassemble the drain assembly and clean it, as there was a lot of zooglea build up that had dried over the winter months. I left the condensate pump bucket filled with diluted TriPow’r to prevent growth over the summer. The attic units drain assembly was treated with diluted NuBrite as I could not find the exit to clear it using the wet vac. This treatment should prevent a clog over the next 6months. If it does not we will look into replacing this line so clogs don’t become a regular issue. Thank you for choosing
