01/20/2026- I arrived on site to find the drain line clogged and the customer informed me that his primary drain pan has a small crack in it. He does not want the primary drain pan to be replaced at this time. I informed him to contact us if he either wants to replace the drain pan or if he decides on installing a new unit. I cleaned, cleared, and treated the condensate drain pan and line before testing it. The drain line is draining properly and the drain pan has been cleaned and treated. The unit is draining and functioning correctly at the time of service.
