Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on your system. It is currently not working properly. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Observed the unit's location and type. * Confirmed pleated 1" filter; customer will provide replacement 12x24x1 filter. * Indoor coil condition: good and clean. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the unit's location and type. * Outdoor coil condition: good. * Condenser did not come on; placed a service call. **System Inspection:** * Blower wheel, heat exchanger, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork: inspected and found to be in good condition and working properly. * Return air temperature: 69.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 100.7°F. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared drain line. * Cleaned out primary and secondary pans. * Tested safety switch. * Confirmed drain line is strapped. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted the thermostat and tested
