Today I arrived on site and performed a winter maintenance check on the HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage):** * Replaced the existing air filter with a new pleated 20x20x1 filter provided by the customer. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components (Inspected and Working):** * Confirmed good condition and proper function of the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleaned out the condensate pump. * Verified the drain line is properly connected and strapped. **Temperature Readings:*
