Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Verified the overall equipment condition is good. * Confirmed pleated 20x25 filter is appropriately sized and checked its condition. * Observed the indoor coil is in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, condenser fan motor, contactor, and electrical wiring are operating within manufacturer specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected and verified the blower wheel and primary drain pan are in good working order. * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Measured a return air temperature of 70°F and a supply air temperature of 101°F. * Dusted and tested the thermostat's operation.
