Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet): Observed the unit to be in fair condition. Checked the 20x20 pleated 1" filter; filter size noted. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Front Yard): Observed the unit to be in fair condition. Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, blower run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components (Inspected and in Good Condition): Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are secured and in good working order. Condensate Drain System: Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch to ensure proper function. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Tempe
