Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on your system, confirming it's working properly. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic)** * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size 20x20x1) using the customer's spare filters. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House)** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring; all are working within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, heat exchanger, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition. **Condensate Drain System** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped and secured. **System Performance** * Re
