Today I arrived on site and completed the following maintenance: **System Assessment** * Observed the overall equipment condition as fair. * Located the indoor unit in the garage. * Located the outdoor unit on the side of the house. * Noted the indoor and outdoor coils are in fair condition. * Confirmed the unit services the whole home. **Component Testing & Inspection** * Verified the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working properly within manufacturer specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **Airflow & Filtration** * Checked the pleated 2-6" filter. * Recorded a return air temperature of 65.0°F and a supply air temperature of 118.0°F. **Condensate Drain System** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleane
