Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Verified the air handler is in good overall condition. * Serviced the unit that services the Master Bedroom. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x25x1). * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, compressor, and electrical wiring are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel and primary drain pan; both are in good condition and working properly. * Cleaned out the primary pan and cleared the drain line. * Tested the safety switch on the condensate drain system. * Verified the drain line is strapped. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 68.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. * Supply air temperature: 109.0 Degrees Fahrenheit.
