Chad was nice and professional, however on my copy of my service report, there was no data or readings to indicate a through checkout of the equipment. The items on the service report that were listed off seemed more of a boilerplate list than what was actually completed. I would have liked combustion readings and temperature rise readings etc. the service report was just a bunch of words no real data. The Tech wasn’t here long enough to complete the items on the service report.
