Good follow-up / reminders on the scheduled date. Service Technician Andy called in advance to say he was on the way and arrived very close to his estimated time. Was pleased Andy showed up on the front end of the 12-4 window given when appointment was made weeks ago. Andy was friendly and professional. Asked if I had any questions before wrapping up his work.
