We purchased a new furnace and air conditioning unit from CARE in January of 2025. They were unable to check the air-conditioning unit until the weather turned warmer. The first technician that arrived to do the inspection missed a leak as result of poor soldering of the copper lines of the install team. When the air conditioning unit continued to not perform up to our standards, CARE sent out a second technician, Sean Brennan. Our experience with Sean was nothing but excellent. He was knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and explained everything in terms so we knew exactly what was happening with our unit. While our initial experience with CARE and our new A/C was disappointing, the professionalism and genuine concern of Sean Brennan has restored level of confidence.
