Tech was super and nice. He let me know what was wrong and although the repair cost was high ($236) for repairs was high. I would like to know more what repairs cost this much. The weekend call was explained in advance ($195) and the annual maintenance for $199.00 but don’t know what the $236.00 covered. Hourly rate for labor? He wasn’t here very long.
