Upon my arrival I performed the approved repairs. I removed the faulted emergency heating system, installed me auxiliary heating system with breaker and breaker cover. I then tested the emergency heating system and found it is now performing to manufacture specifications at this time.

Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns of the system not heating. Performing my diagnostics I found that the heat pump is performing to specs but the auxiliary heating system has a failed heating element. When the comfort control was installed and the auxiliary heat wired back in there is no proof that it was tested to verify they were working at that time. Today I waived the service fee since if it was checked at that time we could have made corrective actions. I will be emailing over the repair estimate and the customer will get back with us whether they wish to move forward or not.

Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 carrier heat pump system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found no issues at this time. Recommended installing a water safety switch onto secondary water removal line. Customer wants options for safety switch emailed over to her. Customer renewed comfort 2 membership after evaluation

Upon our arrival we spoke with the customer about their concerns with the compressor not coming on. Performing our diagnostics we found that the voltage distribution was filled with ants. Spoke with the customer about their different options for repair. Customer approved to have the voltage distribution replaced today and also chose to have the comfort control changed out. We performed the approved repairs then ran a performance and safety testing on the equipment. Found the system to be operating within manufacture specifications at this time.

Today I arrived and met with Debbie. We completed the spring cooling evaluation at this time. I began by verifying system safety and its performance. While inside I flushed and treated the drain, while outside I washed the system using water and treated the electrical cabinet. System is performing very well, I did speak briefly with Debbie about Solaris air quality products and left her with a Solaris packet. Upon departure I left the system in cooling mode set to 75 currently inside its 74 degrees.

Upon my arrival in Del Valle I performed a cooling evaluation on 2 furnace systems, found that bother blower motors have oil coming out the air movement system , the downstairs system is much worse than the upstairs. System is showing sign of loss of air flow, I recommend replacing this part. Left system operating. I’m still waiting on part availability.

Upon my arrival in Del Valle, I found that the pressures are high indicating towards a restriction, found that the heat transfer media system is still pretty dirty, customer did try to clean some of it up since the last time we were out here. I also found that the thermostat was turning on the auxiliary heat strips which would cause the A/C system to not cool as well. I disconnected the emergency heat for now. Customer wants quotes for the cleaning and the thermal replacement and will consider it later down the road.

Upon my arrival in Del Valle, I tested the A/C system and found everything operating properly at this time. I went through the wires and made sure there weren’t any bare spots or loose connections. I checked the voltage enhancement system and pressures. Can’t find any issues with the system at this time. Let the system run for 30 minutes. It is possible that when she is as messing with the thermostat to bring the temp down that the system accidentally short cycled and shut down on a safety.

WO-TNFR277852 upon my arrival in Del Valle, I performed a A/C cooling evaluation found that the performance enhancement system from repair hn13E from 2022 had failed replaced part under warranty. Checked system operations and found it to be working properly. recommend to customer installing a water safety device on the system and talked to her about the reme halo. She did not make a choose today.

Upon my arrival to Del Valle, Tx. I performed diagnostic on ac system. Found main refrigerant pumping station grounded. Client is trying to find information on installer. Rheem won’t warranty the parts unless the home owner can provide information on the installer to make sure he was licensed. Will wait on client to send estimates on repairs.

upon my arrival to del valle, tx., I found that the indoor ac system was extremely dirty and the system appeared to be over charged because it has a high head pressure and subcooling. I increased the airflow to get a little more airflow across the coil. I recommend a pull and clean on the system and while we do that we recover the refrigerant in the system and weight it back in. The client can’t do the repair right now but will call us if he has more issues.

WO-TNFR162439 upon my arrival to del valle, tx., i found that the voltage enhancement system was reading low, this could cause the breaker to trip but also found that the system calls for a 40 amp breaker and customer only has a 20 amp breaker. Did repairs voltage enhancement system and the amps did go down customer choose HN13A. Left ac unit running.
