Arrived for the AC system repair in Coupland. I found that the mini split in the pink bedroom had a leak on the indoor coil. I spoke with the client about his different options and he chose to replace the whole system. I have a signed quote and a check for a $1,000 down. He also has signed a quote for mounting an existing mini split condenser in a different place which he has signed. This will take 2 people most of the day. Moving the condenser is not a priority at this moment but we do need to get it in the schedule for the install team.
