Upon my arrival I performed the heating evaluation on the attic heat pump system. Found everything operating within manufacture specifications at this time.
Upon my arrival in Harwood, I performed the A/C cooling evaluation found that system is working good at this time
WO-TNFR301378 upon my arrival in Harwood, I performed temperature control repair to A/C system, checked operations and found that system is now measuring within range. Left equipment operating at this time
Upon my arrival in Harwood, I found that the thermistor are out of range, let customer know of findings and got parts ordered. Left equipment running, the error code will still show but the A/C unit is still cooling. On return need 1 tech 1.5 hours. customer would like a call with a return date for this call.
Performed the heating evaluation and found everything to be operating properly at this time. Spoke to the client about the ultra violet lights and the benefits of them. He’s not interested being this is just a guest house and the system isn’t run as often. He does have one on the main house.

When I arrived I found that the system faulted on a low pressure lock out several times during the hotter days. Today I tested the heat while it was very cool outside and the compressor would not ramp up due to the pressures being low. I leak searched and found it leaking from the indoor coil. I will order the parts and we can call and schedule when we get the parts in. The client has a 10 years parts and labor that will cover the repair.
