michael b did a great job. Took all readies inside and out. While looking evrerything over he pointed out potential problem. A set of contacts that were really burned down and arching.Could eventually cause failure and lots of damage. He had one on his truck and changed it out

Today I arrived and met with Mrs Tennison. I completed the heating evaluation today of 3 units. I began by verifying the units are all safely operating and they perform well. I flushed and treated all indoor units today. I washed the outdoor heat pumps as well. While inside at unit 1 I cleaned the flame safety system while evaluating safety. I changed customers filters today while onsite provided by customer. Upon departure I left units 1 and 3 in auto mode and left unit 2 in heating at 72. It was very nice meeting you today, I hope Mr tennison recovers quickly!
Upon my arrival in Manchaca I performed the cooling evaluation on all 3 system. Found system 1 and 2 operating properly at this time. Spoke to the customer about adding iFLO pro to the 2 systems and she is going to think about it. I found that the refrigerant pressure control is faulted on system 3 and the air movement system is dirty. I spoke with the customer about her different options for repair and she will have to get the quotes and think about what option she would like to go with.
