Upon my arrival to la grange, tx., i found that the house has two ac systems a new Lennox that serves the back of the house and a old Lennox that serves the front of the house. On the new system found that the return are was on the ground and was double filled and system is still clean. On the older Lennox did find that the coil is slightly dirty system is aged, made estimates to clean system. Also noticed that there is no insulation at the front of the house. This will affect the cooling capacity of the system. Not sure if they are replacing it. The outdoor coil for this older system is breaking down. And coming apart. AC system is working good at this time. Will talk to Robert about findings and send estimate to do cleans in place. Will need sprayer and cleaning materials.
