Perform the heating evaluation on all three systems, and found everything to be operating properly at this time. Was not able to wash the condensers off due to no running water on the outside of the home.
Upon my arrival to Plum, Tx., I found that the upstairs tstat was blank. Water removal system was clogged causing float switch to activate and shut system down. Cleared the water removal system and the ac system is operating properly now.

All running at manufacturer specs. Found basement units had no emergency pan or float switches for emergency shut offs. Gave client quotes on installation of pans and floats, but she chose to wait. She said she will continue twice a year maintenance until she chooses otherwise.
