Today I arrived at Air BnB located at 247 Main St, Plum Tx. As instructed I gained access to home via back porch, door was open and unlocked there was another contractor here onsite when I arrived. I completed the fall evaluation for the homes hvac systems. I began by verifying all units operating safely, and I also verified the systems performance. While inside I flushed and treated all the indoor water removal systems and changed the filters provided by customer. Outside I washed all units using water and I treated the electrical panels using electrical insecticide. Upon completion today I left the upstairs thermostat Off, units labeled Hallway and Living Room thermostats were left in Auto Mode Cool set to 85, Heat set to 63. Currently 72 downstairs and upstairs, locked the back door and left the keys inside the fish on back porch. Thank you for choosing Centex!

Upon my arrival in Plum I found that the drain line had backed up cleared the drain line and got systems up and running, still need to complete the rest of the evaluation.
Perform the heating evaluation on all three systems, and found everything to be operating properly at this time. Was not able to wash the condensers off due to no running water on the outside of the home.
Upon my arrival to Plum, Tx., I found that the upstairs tstat was blank. Water removal system was clogged causing float switch to activate and shut system down. Cleared the water removal system and the ac system is operating properly now.
upon my arrival to plum, tx., i Performed maintenance on all three ac units. Found kitchen ac unit water removal system plugged up, cleaned out drain and checked all operations of all three ac units. All running at manufacturer specs. Found basement units had no emergency pan or float switches for emergency shut offs. Gave client quotes on installation of pans and floats, but she chose to wait. She said she will continue twice a year maintenance until she chooses otherwise.
