Upon our arrival in Red Rock, I found the comfort control system in the A/C unit was bad which was causing the air movement system to run continuously. Provided client with estimates on replacing wall control and rewiring system. Client approved estimates. I informed client about bacterial growth within the indoor unit and he said not to do anything about it that he would take care of it. I also spoke to client about a Reme halo uv air purification system, client is going to put house on market and move so not interested.
