Upon my arrival performed a cooling evaluation on 3 system the trane system and mini split are working good. On the carrier system did find that the refrigerant pumping system was open , cooled off pumping system and found the coil was extremely dirty, but now it is over amping rla is 14.2 system is running at 14.9 which is a indication that it is about to fail. Arrived for the AC system service. I performed cooling evaluation on two AC systems. I could not complete eval on mini split bc the house is locked and he does not have a key to let me in. I communicated he might have unfortunately missed out on that and he completely understands but will leave that to the office for our availability. The two systems I checked are clean and operating properly. The client requested I pull cages off condenser and clean due to a lot of leaves built up. I cleaned them very well.
