Performed AC cool check on two systems. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. The upstairs system had a failed capacitor on the condenser unit. The downstairs system had a condenser fan motor that was leaking grease. No other major issues were found. System sterilizers are operational on both systems. Options for repair were presented to the customer and they chose to have both repairs completed. Repairs were completed and both systems were function checked. Systems operational.
