Performed AC cool check and checked the electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain line. The air filter was new and had been replaced at the start of the month by the homeowner. Condenser coil was cleaned. I treated the inside of the electrical cabinet with JS insecticide to keep insects away from the contactor. The condenser fan motor showed signs of overheating. Options for repair were presented to the homeowner and they chose to have the condenser fan motor replaced. I replaced the condenser fan motor and function tested the system. The system was running at the completion of service.
