Replaced entire flue pipe run with new 4” pipe running up and out the roof. Added flashing, rain ring and top cap as well as secured with strap and zip screws. Replaced gas valve and ran new black pipe out of the furnace with drip leg. Added foam blocks support under the evaporator coil and sealed torn duct with exposed insulation. Verified system operation in heating. Everything is working at this time.
