Performed semiannual maintenance on one heat pump heating system. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety systems. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacture specifications for operation. I installed one Ecobee Pro thermostat in the downstairs game room. Programmed the thermostat for equipment specs and linked thermostat to mobile device. Everything is working at this time.
