Performed maintenance on 3 cooling systems. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Verified everything was operating within the manufacture’s specifications for operation. The Westside unit evaporator coil is showing signs of mold. The Eastside unit 1 condenser fan motor is showing signs of overheating and Eastside unit 2 evaporator blower has buildup on the blower wheel. No other major issues were found. Presented a list of repairs to the homeowner and she decided to move forward with mandatory and near future repairs.
