Installed 2.5 ton R-454B heat pump condenser and air handler with heat kit. Installed new disconnect box and pad for the condenser. Installed new disconnect box for the air handler. Installed new plywood overlay and filter base for the air handler. Built and installed new extended supply plenum. Attached existing flex to new plenum, sealed all connections with mastic. Installed Honeywell T6 thermostat. Rebuilt primary condensation drain with new safety switch. Cleared drain with CO2 and primed trap with water. Pressure tested system with nitrogen and pulled vacuum. Charged AC with R-454B refrigerant. Tested heating and cooling operation. Everything is working at completion of service.
