On arrival, I found that the outdoor fan motor was spinning backwards and the compressor was not pumping any refrigerant. I found that the run capacitor had failed across both the HERM and FAN terminals. I presented repair options to the homeowner and they chose to have the repairs done today. Installed a new run capacitor at the condenser, installed all new insulated wiring terminal connects, and properly secured. Cycled high voltage power to system and checked over operations. Everything is working at this time.
