Upon arrival, customer stated that the unit was not turning on inside or outside, thermostat was set to cool. Found a blown fuse on the air handler. I checked the low-voltage wiring at the heat pump and did find two rub outs which I then repaired. Cycled the system on and checked the temperature split. Found temperature split to be 5°. I went over my findings with the homeowner and they chose to schedule an appointment with one of our project managers to look into replacing their system. The system was running at time of departure.
