I found the outdoor X13 condenser fan motor had failed. It would run for 3 seconds then shut off for 30 then run again until tripping the high pressure switch. Spoke with the homeowners and they decided to move forward with a replacement outdoor fan motor. I installed a new fan motor and programmed the motor to match speed and rotation of OEM motor. Cycled high voltage power to system and checked over operations. Everything is working at this time.
