Performed heater tune-up on a Carrier furnace system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line. Cleaned the exterior of the air handler and secured outdoor compressor wiring. The homeowner is doing some remodeling in the home and I asked her to keep an eye on the air filter since it is likely that it will get dirty due to all the dust in the air. I also took a look at the dryer vent and it is clean. No major issues were found. The system is operational at this time.
