Performed heat check. Checked the electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with water. I also treated the drain line. The air filters were clean and had been recently replaced by the homeowner. I found the blower motor capacitor was below value. Options for repair were presented to the homeowner and she chose to have the blower motor capacitor replaced. I replaced the capacitor and function tested the system. No other major issues were found. The system was running at the completion of service.
