Upon arrival Jim told me what all happened and that the unit was vibrating like crazy. I asked him to show me the unit and when we got over there I inspected the fan blades for ice. Jim then told me that they had poured hot water on the blades to remove the ice. He said after thawing the ice the vibration stopped. The ice is what was causing the unit the vibrate.
