Upstairs system: Installed Carrier straight electric system (upstairs system). Installed Ecobee pro thermostat. Replaced secondary drain pan. Installed new supply and return plenums. Installed AprilAire media cabinet. Rebuilt and insulated primary drain line. Installed SS2 and SS3 Safety switches. Removed triangle going to office. Upsized duct going into office and ran new duct for the bathroom. Installed a return in the office. Sealed all new ductwork connections with mastic/hardcast. Rebuilt and cleared primary drain with CO2 and primed trap with water. New condenser pad and disconnect box for the condenser. Pressure tested system with nitrogen and pulled vacuum. Extended drain line away from the house outside. Charged AC with R-454B refrigerant. Tested system operation. Everything is working at completion of install.
