Performed heat check. Checked the electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. The air filter was clean and had been recently replaced by the homeowner. The blower wheel and air handler/evaporator coil are dirty. I went over what I had found with the homeowners. The system was running at the completion of service.
