Performed the repairs on the entire list of deficiencies. Installed a new condenser fan motor, Surge Protection on both the condenser and air handler, installed stage 3 breathe easy package (System Sterilizers) and stage 4 breathe easy package (induct air purifier). After making the repairs I found that the air movement system had failed. I presented the client with their opinions and they chose to have it replaced at this time. After performing that repair as well everything is coming on and working at this time. I also spoke to the client about a start assist for the compressor and he chose to go ahead and have me install one at this time.
