Performed cooling maintenance. Checked electrical, mechanical and performance of the system. Cleared and treated drain line and washed condenser coil. Found the outdoor condenser fan motor showing signs of overheating. No other major issues found. Presented customer with options to repair. Customer chose to have the fan motor replaced today. Completed repair and everything is on and running at this time.
