Installed new 2.5-ton Carrier gas system. Installed 2 new Ecobee Pro thermostats. Reused zone dampers but installed new zone plenums onto a new extended supply plenum. Installed a new return air plenum. Sealed all plenum connections with mastic airlock. Replaced secondary drain pan. Added SS2 and SS3 safety float switches. Rebuilt and insulated condensate drain. Cleared and treated drain to verify proper drainage. Replaced whip at outdoor system. Installed a new liquid line filter dryer, pressure tested system with dry nitrogen and pulled a vacuum on the copper line set. Verified system charge is to factory specifications. System is working properly at time of departure.
