Performed diagnostic. I found that the indoor blower motor for the main house system (Carrier Infinity) has failed. I presented options to repair, and she chose to have the blower motor replaced and would also like to start her Gold Maintenance plan for both of her systems next Spring/Summer. I also showed her how to control her thermostat from her phone and she supplied both filters for replacement. I replaced the blower motor and the system is working at this time.
