Performed heating maintenance on one furnace system. Checked all electrical, mechanical and performance of the system. Aprilaire 210 filter was replaced before my arrival. The homeowner was concerned about microbial growth. I opened the cabinet and thoroughly checked the coil growth. I showed him pictures of the coil and he said everything looks great. No major issues were found. System is on at this time.
