Performed AC cool check and checked the electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain line. The air filter was replaced with a client supplied filter. System sterilizers and the air purifier are operational. The surge protectors are also operational. Refrigerant charge is within factory specifications. Condenser coil was cleaned. No major issues were found. The system was running at the completion of service.
