Installed R-410A Carrier straight electric air handler and condenser for the upstairs. Installed new secondary drain pan for upstairs and downstairs system. Installed new disconnect box for the condenser. Added supply ducting to the downstairs system. Installed Ecobee lite thermostats for both systems. Built and installed new return and supply plenum for the upstairs system. Sealed all connections with mastic and hardcast. Installed disconnect box for the upstairs air handler. Rebuilt primary drain line with SS2 and SS3 safety switches. Cleared primary drain with CO2 and primed trap with water. Pressure tested system with nitrogen and pulled vacuum. Charged AC with R-410A refrigerant. Tested heating and cooling operation. Everything is working at completion of service.
