Arrived to complete repairs and began digging out the trench to install new lineset. We found there is a water line that runs on top of the old copper lineset and a large tree root that runs on top as well. Spoke to the homeowner and decided moving the condenser would be the best option. We moved the condenser over to the side of the house and ran new copper out of the exterior penetration and across the attic into the furnace closet. Connected all refrigerant piping and installed new high and low voltage electrical lines. Pressure tested system and pulled a triple evacuation on refrigerant circuit down to 300 microns. Recharged system to factory specifications and verified operation. Everything is working at completion of service.
