Diagnostics found a failed transformer and a blown fuse. After the transformer was replaced, the low-voltage fuse continued to pop. I did find a small rub out at the condensing unit. I also found the outdoor fan motor is leaking lubricant, and both float switches have failed. The homeowner chose to take care of the critical issues today to get the system running. I completed the repairs and function tested the system. The system is running at completion of service.
