Heat check completed on a vertical heat pump. Drain line was flushed and treated. Outdoor coils were cleaned. The outdoor suction line service valve is leaking refrigerant. Indoor evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant. In rush amps to the compressor is above manufacturers limitations. The outdoor torque booster has fallen below manufacturer specifications. There is no float switch on the indoor unit to prevent flooding if the drain backs up. I went over my findings and repair options with the homeowners.
