Price is high, service is great, wishing everything could have been done in one trip so as not to have to pay a second service fee for a deficiency in coolant for the air conditioning unit, but it is what it is. Old folks get taken to the cleaners again.

On occasion, if they identify something operating outside of standard specifications, they’ll involve a senior technician to ensure the issue is properly diagnosed and repaired with the highest level of expertise. Please know that when we need to send a higher-skilled technician for diagnosis and potential repair, we do not charge a second trip fee. We do this to ensure our customers receive the most accurate service without being penalized for situations that require specialized attention.
